DCSMAT application forms are available at all branches of DCBooks/ Current Books and the
Admissions Office for Rs. 800. A Demand Draft for Rs. 800 in favour of ‘DCSMAT’ payable at
‘Kottayam’ has to be sent along with the completed application form. You can also download
the form here (Follow Link) and send the duly filled form to the Admissions Office along with
the DD (Prospectus will be sent to you separately).
